Paragon Customer Communications was working on behalf of a government run agency, funding skills training for further education in England.
The agency supported over 1,000 colleges, private training organisations, and employers with £3.2 billion of funding each year.
Paragon had two communication aims:
- To increase awareness of the traineeship and apprenticeship schemes.
- To showcase the key benefits to businesses.
And two call-to-action goals for each communication:
- For prospects to complete an online enquiry form or
- Speak to a team member.
Ultimately, Paragon wanted to convert these conversations into secured apprenticeship and traineeships.
To achieve this they needed our help.
Data HQ worked with Paragon to fully cleanse its original database, as well as helping to build up a new contactable customer base of emails and telephone numbers; generating a bank of hot new leads via an email broadcast.
The project allowed Paragon to generate an incredibly high proportion of quality leads, thanks to Data HQ’s services.
The quality of the B2B data across all list sources was excellent, with deliverability hitting in excess of 95%. Paragon achieved the highest open rate with Data HQ, out of all data providers involved. Data HQ also helped significantly improve Paragon’s engagement via email.
The ultimate result?
Over 70% leads, and 40% of contacts as won opportunities taking on apprentices.
