Paragon Customer Communications works on behalf of a government run agency, funding skills training for further education in England.
The agency supports over 1,000 colleges, private training organisations, and employers with £3.2 billion of funding each year.
Paragon’s overall aim was to increase awareness of its traineeship and apprenticeship schemes, whilst promoting the key benefits to businesses.
The firm wanted to encourage prospects to complete an online enquiry form or speak to a team member. Ultimately, Paragon wanted high quality leads, in turn converting into business opportunities for apprenticeship and traineeships.
