Head of Insight and Analysis

Tom has spent the last 12 years helping a wide range of organisations get the most out of their data through Analytics, Campaign Automation, Data Planning, Single Customer View Implementation (SCV) and Loyalty Management. Passionate about data and statistics, Tom’s aim is to uncover insights which can help increase understanding of data, drive customer retention and engagement and improve targeting and efficiency.

Having worked with clients across many industries Tom draws on a wide range of experience, including delivering a Single Customer View database in FastStats, comprising millions of customers of a large international travel company. He has developed various models which predict a customers interest in specific products based on their previous purchases.

Outside of work Tom enjoys cooking, reading, learning about history and science or just relaxing in front of the TV, but these days ends up spending most of his spare time running around playing with his baby son Noah.
